How can I report a debtor?

If you have information about a debtor listed on our Decree List page, submit details via our Contact Us page. Include the debtor’s name, case number (if known), and any leads on their location or assets.

What happens after a decree is issued?

If the debtor does not comply, HK Law may seek a warrant of arrest, attachment, or execution to enforce the decree, as permitted under Kenyan law.

Is my submission confidential?
